From the bridge
to the heart of it

My involvement with Meet Me At The Hotel began as the bridge between MMATH and Room Mate Aitana — connecting the event's vision with the hotel's operational reality and ensuring both sides worked in seamless lockstep.

After four years of close collaboration, I stepped fully into the organisation of MMATH itself. That transition was built on trust, shared standards and a deep understanding of what it takes to run a world-class hospitality-driven event.

My role spans the operational backbone of the event: aligning partners, coordinating logistics, managing hotel integration, and ensuring every touchpoint — from check-in to late-night sessions — runs effortlessly.

As Team Manager for the Dutch national Masters teams, I run the entire operation behind the scenes — logistics, travel, sponsor relations, federation alignment and on-site execution at European and World Championships.

My job is to create the conditions for performance: removing friction, aligning every stakeholder, and making sure nothing stands between the team and winning. The medals belong to the players — the structure that got them there is mine.
